A pesar de que el incremento en ventas y mejorar la rentabilidad siguen siendo prioridad en toda empresa o negocio, realizar acciones de sustentabilidad ahora han cobrado gran relevancia, convirtiéndose en parte vital de la filosofía y cultura organizacional de cientos de marcas en todo el mundo.
Tal preocupación se ha traducido no solo en acciones concretas en el corto, mediano y largo plazo, sino también en campañas que buscan involucrar a los consumidores y a los propios colaboradores de las corporaciones, estrategias que tienen un gran impacto, al grado de ser reconocidas en eventos de talla internacional, como lo es el festival Cannes Lions.
Este año, la edición 66 de este evento que premia la creatividad de campañas en todo el mundo, incluyó la categoría de sustentabilidad, esto no solo porque también consideran el tópico y creación de estrategias verdes como algo de suma importancia, sino también para mostrar congruencia y hacer notar que la creatividad y disrupción no están peleadas con la solución de problemas medioambientales y sociales.
